Bryan Fike | President
In the face of disaster, you want a tested and proven leader spearheading your recovery. Bryan has nearly 30 years of disaster response, recovery, incident command, and field operations experience, and has managed the recovery efforts for some of the most destructive events to ever impact the United States over the past 17 years.
Bryan has devoted his life to public service, serving first as a firefighter and retiring from a career in law enforcement in Southwest Florida in 2004.
Experience
Bryan worked on the front lines as a first responder following Hurricane Andrews devastating impact on Southeast Florida in 1992, and led recovery efforts in Florida and throughout the Southeastern U.S. in the wake of historic storms such as Charley, Wilma, Katrina, Gustav, Ike, Sandy, Matthew, Irma, Florence, and Michael.
Most recently, when Hurricane Sally made landfall in the Florida panhandle and Alabama, Bryan was one of the first on scene to assist impacted communities in their recovery efforts. Additionally, Bryan has served impacted communities in the wake of ice storms, floods, straight-line wind events, and historic snow events in places like Iowa, Oklahoma, Washington, Connecticut, Virginia, Mississippi, and Louisiana.
As President of Landfall Strategies, Bryan has sought to create an environment within the organization that is focused on dependability, compassion, and accountability, and preserving the core belief that “there is no exercise better for the heart than reaching down and lifting people up in their time of need.”
With his years of hands-on participation and incident command in recovery operations for numerous major disasters and emergencies, Bryan has built a national reputation for technical expertise and strategic leadership.
