MARC FAIsant |  Director of operations

With over 16 years of experience with all phases of disaster response and recovery, Marc Faisant serves as the Director of Operations for Landfall Strategies.  Marc has worked all phases of debris management including certifying trucks, monitoring debris operations in the field, managing entire debris projects, and preparing the documentation needed to ensure prompt reimbursement for the clients we serve.

His commitment to customer service and empathy for our clients during their time of need set him apart from others.  Marc prides himself on fulfilling the needs of our clients before the storm and remains engaged until the client has been presented with a comprehensive package of all documentation that will be needed for reimbursement, closing out the project, and potential audits.

Marc is an excellent manager of people and understands that everyone has an important role to play that is critical to achieving the desired outcome.  From working with debris haulers in the field to coordination with the Chief Financial Officer to prepare the grant, Marc is skilled in all phases of managing response and recovery efforts.  Marc treats everyone with the respect they deserve and will do whatever is necessary to best serve the needs of our clients.
